BANU OGUZ
She began her career in the building materials sector within her family’s business, developing expertise across operations, commercial strategy, and international trade. This foundation shaped her strategic approach to manufacturing competitiveness and global market positioning.
In 2023, she founded Elan with a clear mandate: to strengthen Türkiye’s presence in the international building materials market. Under her leadership, the company operates as a strategic export partner, connecting high-quality manufacturers with global buyers and delivering performance-driven, customer-focused solutions. Through a disciplined growth strategy and a robust international network, she continues to drive sustainable expansion and long-term value creation.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bilkent University and a Master’s degree in International Marketing from King’s College London.

Hilton Hotel is a luxurious seafront resort that sits prominently on the Portomaso waterfront in the stylish district of St. Julian’s. With 413 contemporary Mediterranean-style rooms and suites, most offer terraces or balconies showcasing serene views of either the Portomaso Yacht Marina, lush gardens, or the azure Mediterranean Sea. This resort is packed with amenities including four outdoor pools, water sports center, diving school, and a private beach club.
THE QUAD BUSINESS TOWERS, mrıehel
Situated in Mriehel, The Quad is a prominent commercial hub offering over 44,000 m² of mixed-use space. This development spans multiple Grade A office towers, retail areas, and plentiful open plazas, all within an expansive 11,200 m² site. The project comprises four interconnected towers, ranging from 13 to 19 storeys and blends workspace with lifestyle and convenience.
VOCO HOTEL BY IHG, PACEVILLE
Nestled in the vibrant heart of St. Julian’s, Voco offers an idyllic urban escape just steps away from St. George’s Bay. The hotel holds 168 guest rooms, spread across nine floors, 24 meeting rooms and boasts a stunning rooftop pool with a pool bar, a restaurant, and exclusive access to gym, and meeting facilities at the InterContinental Hotel, conveniently linked via a bridge.
HYATT CENTRIC HOTEL, ST. JULIANS
Located in the centre of St. Julian’s, Hyatt Centric offers a modern hospitality concept with 154 contemporary guestrooms and suites. The property features approx. 300 m² of meeting and event space, an outdoor rooftop pool, indoor heated pool, fitness centre, restaurant, and lobby bar. This project highlights a high‐standard hotel development designed to serve both business and leisure travellers, positioned within one of Malta’s most vibrant coastal districts.
TRELLEBORG SEALING SOLUTIONS, HAL FAR
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is a key manufacturing hub producing high-precision O-rings and engineered molded components for global industries. The site has recently undergone a significant expansion, adding approximately 4,000 m² of new manufacturing space and over 2,000 m² of office, laboratory and support areas. With upgraded clean-room environments and advanced production lines for silicone and elastomer processing, the Malta operation continues to play a strategic role in supplying high-tech, automotive, industrial and biopharmaceutical markets worldwide.
MATER DEI HOSPITAL, MSIDA
Mater Dei Hospital is Malta’s principal state-run acute general and teaching hospital. The facility occupies a complex of roughly 250,000 m² and currently accommodates around 1,243 inpatient beds. Equipped with 25 operating theatres, the hospital provides a full spectrum of services including emergency care, inpatient and outpatient treatment, specialist and diagnostic departments.
